Orders placed before 17:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product or brand details on the outside.
Returns
You can return unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food supplements cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.

- Pack the unopened product securely and include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship to the return address provided in our reply.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
