1. Company details

Stamina is operated by Nutrio Group, located at Coolsingel 104, 3011 AG Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce registration and VAT number are available on request.

2. Products and pricing

All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. Stamina is a food supplement and not a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through our Shopify checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify's payment providers. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of fraud, stock unavailability, or suspected abuse.

4. Right of withdrawal

For consumers in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. Food supplements that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

5. Liability

We are liable only for direct damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, up to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Always read the label and consult a doctor if you are using medication or have a medical condition.
